The SuperStar Karate Coach's Mitt is made of a high density EVA foam padding covered by an eco-friendly artificial leather to handle some of the heaviest of strikes and kicks.  This item also features a durable nylon safety strap that can be tightened to the users comfort.

This item is required equipment for ALL SuperStar Karate students the rank of white belt and above.  All students should bring this with them to every class.
